Water Safety

With Coach Margaret via Private Lessons

This foundational step focuses on teaching basic water safety skills to children who are not yet water-safe. Through fun and engaging activities, kids will learn essential skills like floating, submerging, and moving in the water with confidence. The goal is to build comfort and ensure they understand how to stay safe in and around the water.

Stroke Development

With Coach Margaret via Private Lessons

Once children are water-safe, they progress to stroke development. In this step, they will begin learning the fundamental techniques of various swimming strokes, such as freestyle and backstroke. The emphasis is on mastering the basics to swim with efficiency and control, enabling kids to swim laps confidently.

Swim Team

With Coach Margaret and coach Nikita via group lessons

This step is designed for children who already know at least one swimming stroke and can swim 25 yards without stopping. Here, swimmers will continue to build endurance and refine their stroke technique as they participate in structured team practices, preparing for a more competitive environment.

Advanced Skills Development

With Coach Nikita via Private Lessons

This advanced stage focuses on refining technique and enhancing performance for swimmers who are already competing or are preparing to compete. Swimmers will work on improving their speed, endurance, starts, turns, and overall efficiency in the water, taking their swimming skills to the next level.
